Our 34th CARE AFFAIR raised the most money ever to deliver $144,500 to CURE!!!

And our TRI Delta FOUNDATION will receive $14,500!!!!

We broke all records with $89,000+ in Sponsorships this year from both

our loyal members and the business community!

The Care Affair Committee worked tirelessly from September to our April 22nd date

to achieve the great success we had this year.  Kudos to our all volunteer effort once again!

With exceptional Live and Silent Auction items to offer and additional fun new

venues to entice our guests, such as a Wine Pull, Fund-a-Need Gas Cards,

and Champagne flutes with a hidden diamond to be found for one lucky buyer,

all contributed to the evening of fun for our most  generous guests.

Our young and courageous speaker, Bailey Moody, absolutely awed all those attending,

and our honored guest, Dr. Abdel Ragab, gave special meaning to the evening, for getting

us started with our Care Affairs over three decades ago.

All in all, the evening was enjoyed by everyone!

Message from the President
Lenora Oeters,

What an exciting and busy fall we had! The chapter kicked off the year with a tailgate party in September. We celebrated Founder’s Day in November with Georgia, Bureau and Emory collegians. At the event, we were honored to have as our feature speaker Tri Delta’s CEO, Karen Hughes White, Georgia. It was truly a memorable event! Our interest groups have hosted a variety of fun and unique events allowing us an opportunity to learn, share interests, give back, make new friends and celebrate our Tri Delta sisterhood! Looking forward to the spring we have so many dynamic events planned! I encourage you to meet new sisters, attend an event put on by a different interest group or volunteer on a new committee within the alumnae chapter.

Planning is also well underway for our 34 th Annual Care Affair, benefiting CURE Childhood Cancer and the Tri Delta Foundation. Mark your calendars and consider sponsoring the event on April 22, 2017
at the Atlanta Athletic Club. The event is truly a success because of the combined work and dedication of our entire alumnae chapter—we couldn’t do it without each of you! Again, thank you for a wonderful fall filled with new memories with Tri Delta sisters. I look forward to seeing you all this spring!
